Pro Agreement
Your Pro account will not be charged if you cancel before your free trial period ends. The trial period continues until the earlier event of ten appointment bookings in your account or 3 AM EST on the 46th calendar day after your account activation. During this period, you'll receive notifications about the total bookings and days remaining before your free usage expires.
Once the free trial ends, a $24.99 monthly Pro Account Service Fee will be charged for the next monthly period. The account will automatically renew every month on the same day unless canceled 24 hours in advance of the renewal date.
Example: If the first monthly fee was charged on May 5th, subsequent charges occur on June 5th, July 5th, Aug 5th, etc., unless canceled before the next renewal date.
If the account becomes billable on the 28th, 29th, 30th, or 31st, the renewal date shifts to the 1st calendar day of the second month following. Thereafter, automatic renewal happens on the 1st of every month unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date.
Example: If the account service fee was first charged on August 31st, automatic renewal occurs on October 1st and the 1st of every month thereafter unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Pro Payments to Kazzah for Monthly Service Fees:
Kazzah requires Pros to submit and authorize a credit card for automatic monthly service fee charges. Pro accounts with an unpaid balance 10 days or more past due will be suspended until the balance is received. If the account becomes past due again, the account will be charged a $20 service fee for reactivation.
Kazzah Credit Card Processing Services (Optional):
Pro users can apply for Kazzah’s integrated credit card processing services provided by Payabli. Once a Pro is approved, if the total transaction value using Kazzah’s credit card processing service is less than $500 in any month, a $2 charge is incurred (in addition to the monthly account service fee). The Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) and the per transaction charge for Kazza’s credit card processing are disclosed here.
Canceling your Pro Account:
To cancel, navigate to your Profile page, select “About Kazzah,” and follow the instructions. After canceling, your account services continue until the end of the day of your current renewal period. Review the Kazakh Data Deletion Policy and the Kazakh Terms of Service Agreement before canceling.
Deleting your Pro Account:
You can delete your account anytime, completely deactivating it. To delete your account,, navigate to your Profile page, select “About Kazzah,” and follow the instructions. Review the Kazakh Data Deletion Policy and the Kazakh Terms of Service Agreement before canceling.

Kazzah Fees for Pro Account Services

Pro Payments to Kazzah for Monthly Service Fees: Kazzah requires that all Pros submit and authorize a credit card for Kazzah to automatically charge monthly services fees and other Kazzah fees incurred. Pro’s credit card will be tokenized (by Payabli) in the same manner as Kazzah Members maintain tokenized credit cards to pay Kazzah Pros. Any Pro account with an unpaid balance due to Kazzah that is 10 days or more past due will be suspended until the balance is received by Kazzah. Kazzah reserves
the right to levy a minimum $25 service charge for the repeated reactivation of a Pro Account that is suspended for past due amounts.
Kazzah Credit Card Processing Services (Optional): Kazzah Pro account users have the option of applying for and using Kazzah’s fully integrated credit card processing services - provided by Payabli. Once a Pro’s application is approved by Payabli for credit card processing, the option to process payments from Kazzah Members will be active at checkout. The Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) and per transaction expenses for Kazza’s credit card processing service are available for review here.
Kazzah incurs expenses for underwriting a Pro’s application for Kazzah’s credit card processing service and Kazzah incurs additional monthly expenses for maintaining the credit card processing service for a Pro’s account. Accordingly, once a Pro is authorized for Kazzah credit card processing, any monthly period thereafter in which the total transaction value using Kazza’s credit card processing service is less than $500, Pro’s account will incur a $3 charge (in addition to the monthly account service fee).
Canceling your Pro Account. We hope that you'll always find excellent value for your business as a Kazzah Pro. If for any reason you decide to leave Kazzah, we made it as easy as possible to cancel your account. To cancel your Pro Account, navigate to your Profile page, select “About Kazzah”, and then follow the instructions for canceling your
account. Once you’ve canceled your account, your account services will continue to be active through to the end of the day of your current renewal period. Be sure to review the Kazakh Data Deletion Policy and the Kazakh Terms of Service Agreement before canceling your account.
Deleting your Pro Account: You are free to delete your account at any time which will completely deactivate your account.
